Our stay at Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel was exceptional. The room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping ensured everything was immaculate. We enjoyed the elegant event venues, perfect for business meetings and gatherings. The staff went above and beyond, especially Evin, who assisted us with flight cancellations and made sure our departure was smooth. The location near the metro was convenient for exploring the city, and the hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and dining options, were fantastic. A great experience for both work and leisure trips.
