I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Chengdu and I must say, it exceeded my already high expectations. The staff, especially Donna Zhang, Joe, and Bill Su, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and catered to during my stay. Bill Su even helped me with configuring my WeChat app, showcasing the exceptional level of service provided. The room was impeccable, with top-notch amenities like a well-stocked mini-bar and electric kettle that added convenience to my stay. The central location near excellent dining options like Lixuan Chinese Restaurant and Chongqing XiaoTianE Hotpot made exploring the local cuisine a delightful experience. I highly recommend the Sheraton Chengdu for a truly exceptional stay that goes above and beyond expectations.
